Withdrawal Procedure

School Leaving Certificate (SLC)

  1. Application for School Leaving Certificate must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the intended date of withdrawal.
  2. The withdrawal application should be submitted along with a fee of Rs. 200 towards issuance of the School Leaving Certificate.
  3. The School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all outstanding dues are cleared.

Strike-Off Rules

A pupil’s name will be removed from the school rolls on the following grounds:

  • Consistent failure to pay fees on the due date.
  • Absence from school for 30 continuous days without prior permission from school authorities.
  • Repeated failure in the same class for two consecutive years.
  • Gross misconduct resulting in damage to the reputation of the school.
  • Unacceptable behavior falling under ragging as defined in The Himachal Pradesh Educational Institutions (Prohibition of Ragging) Act, 2009.

A pupil whose name has been struck off the rolls may be considered for re-admission only at the discretion of the Principal and subject to completion of new admission formalities.
